• Philosophy behind immersive safaris

Passionate about wildlife and photography, I grew up in the Dordogne region (France), where nature was an integral part of my life. My first experiences in wildlife photography began with local roe deer, and my passion took on a new dimension when I discovered African wildlife, which has since become an endless source of inspiration.

After exploring wildlife across several African countries, including South Africa, Rwanda, Congo, Kenya, Zambia, and Botswana, I ultimately chose Botswana to deepen my understanding of local wildlife, flora, and culture. My love for adventure drove me to become self-sufficient in the bush and share this passion with others. I trained as a nature guide in Botswana and South Africa, gaining the skills necessary to understand the bush, the ecosystem, and animal behavior, which are especially vital for wildlife photography.

Each year, in addition to leading group expeditions, I continue to explore various regions of Botswana. Inspired by books like *The Cry of the Kalahari*, I discover the Kalahari Desert, the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans, and the zebra migration, as well as the Panhandle, where I meet local communities and learn more about coexisting with elephants. Botswana is home to Africa's largest elephant population. I also visit cultural sites such as Gcwihaba Cave and the Tsodilo Hills, sharing moments with the Bushmen who live in harmony with nature.

To me, Botswana is much more than a destination: it is a place for deep connection with the natural world and a source of constant and renewed inspiration.

The philosophy behind my safaris is as follows:

    • Share my passion for biodiversity
    • Take ethical safaris in countries where conservation is a priority
    • Reconnect with nature - Understand what surrounds us and its importance
    • Observe & capture nature's best moments
    • Live an unforgettable experience
